✨ Key Responsibilities:

Desirable Skills:

• Write engaging, original, and culturally nuanced content in English and Gujarati for social media, website, newsletters, blogs, brochures, and more.
• Manage and promote our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, and field staff to gather stories, visuals, and updates.
• Monitor analytics, trends, and audience behaviour to optimize content and outreach.
• Support online campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotions through targeted digital storytelling.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong creative flair with an ability to write for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Excellent command of English and Gujarati (both verbal & written) – with a professional, yet human touch.
• Knowledge of and experience in digital marketing trends and tools.
• A natural storyteller who is empathetic, observant, and culturally aware.
• Experience in the crafts, heritage, or non-profit/social sector is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-generational, and culturally rooted environment.
• Ability to handle content calendars, social scheduling, platform metrics, and engagement strategies.
