Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hospitals IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of HMIS and other software/hardware systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), IT, or related field
• MCA/B.E. (IT/Computer Science) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HMIS (Hospital Management Information System)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues
• Install and update operating systems and hospital-related software
• Provide user support to doctors, nurses, and admin staff
• Maintain data security, backups, and antivirus systems
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware or software support
• Monitor LAN/WAN network and internet connectivity
• Assist with biometric, CCTV, and PACS system support (if applicable)

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of IT support and networking
• Experience with HMIS or hospital IT systems preferred
• Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, printers, scanners
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment
