Job Description:

Plant Operator to manage Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations at our Bhuj, Gujarat site. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in STP operations and a good understanding of basic safety protocols. This role involves daily plant operation, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor STP systems to ensure efficient and compliant treatment processes
• Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records of treatment parameters and performance
• Assist in chemical dosing, sludge handling, and equipment calibration
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
• Report equipment faults or process abnormalities to the supervisor promptly
• Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the plant area

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in STP plant operations
• Basic knowledge of plant safety and operational standards
• Ability to monitor, record, and interpret process parameters
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in shifts as per plant requirements
