Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in operating and monitoring equipment used in slurry preparation, chemical mixing, and fluid handling processes.
2. Work with machinery such as slurry tanks, agitators, pumps, filter presses, vibrating screens, and storage tanks.
3. Measure and report parameters like viscosity, pH, flow rate, and solid content as per batch requirements.
4. Support the preparation and transfer of raw material and chemical batches under guidance from shift supervisor.
5. Maintain cleanliness and smooth functioning of pipelines, valves, and process tanks.
6. Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, PPE protocols, and housekeeping standards strictly during production activities.
7. Coordinate with QC/Lab team for sampling and ensure process corrections if required.
8. Report any irregularities, downtime, or potential maintenance issues to supervisors on priority.
9. Maintain daily logs of production output, raw material consumption, and operating parameters.
Candidate Profile:
1. Education: ITI / Diploma / B.sc / B.E. (Chemical, Ceramics, Industrial Chemistry, or relevant field).
2. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in any industry with slurry, paste, or liquid-based production processes.
Skills:
1. Familiarity with pumps, mixers, agitators, and basic instrumentation.
2. Knowledge of slurry mixing, chemical handling, or particle-based manufacturing.
3. Good understanding of safety, housekeeping, and process discipline.
